Booking a Session: You can view upcoming sessions with Coach Amber Collins directly from your Home dashboard.

Managing Appointments: To reschedule or view session details, tap the "Upcoming Sessions" card on the Home screen.

Joining a Challenge: Visit the Challenges tab to see active events like "Hydration Week." Tap "Join" to participate and start earning your milestone badges.

Forum Guidelines: Our community forums (Mindfulness, Healthy Eating, etc.) are safe spaces. Please be respectful and encouraging to fellow members.

Earning Badges: Badges are automatically unlocked as you complete goals, join challenges, and interact with the community. Check your "Wellness Badges" profile to see your progress.

Accessing Articles: The Resources tab contains expert-backed articles on Sleep, Nutrition, and Mindfulness.

Saving Content: Recent resources you've viewed will appear on your Home screen for quick access.
